Sealed bids are invited for Traffic Signal Improvements to Haddon Avenue (CR-561), in Collingswood Borough and Haddon Township, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders must obtain bidding documents by registering and downloading all materials from the Camden County website. Questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted in writing to the County Engineer by the specified deadline. Bidders must comply with all applicable state requirements. In case of inconsistencies between this notice and the bid documentation, the bid documentation will prevail. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions regarding the scope of work must be made in writing to Mr. James Winckowski, PE, CME, County Engineer, Charles J. DePalma Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, NJ 08021 or by sending an email to james.winckowski@camdencounty.com and kyle.ebersole@camdencounty.com with the subject line "B27-25 Haddon Avenue Traffic Signals" marked IMPORTANT. Any questions received after this date and time will not be addressed. SIGNALIZED INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT HADDON AVENUE (CR 561) & COLLINGS AVENUE (CR 630) AND HADDON AVENUE (CR 561) & CUTHBERT BOULEVARD (CR 636) No interpretation of the meaning of any bid document will be made to any bidder orally. Any request for interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the County's representative stipulated in the bid and must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
