Repair and replacement of concrete sidewalk, steps, and parking lot at North Annex. Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of new concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, and the removal and replacement of sections of deteriorated parking lot pavement and sidewalk adjacent to the east front of the Shawnee County Annex located at 1515 NW Saline Street, Topeka, Kansas per the following minimum specifications: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct new 4" concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, and the removal of replacement of sections of deteriorated 6" concrete parking lot pavement and 4" concrete sidewalk. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 5:00 PM CT All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted through the Shawnee County Online. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered. The Work will commence with an issuance of a Start Work Order by the Owner. START WORK ORDER: Monday, April 6, 2026 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: Friday, May 15, 2026 FINAL ACCEPTANCE and PAYMENT: Friday, May 22, 2026 Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of new concrete sidewalk, concrete steps and the removal and replacement of sections of deteriorated parking lot pavement and sidewalk adjacent to the east front of the Shawnee County Annex located at 1515 NW Saline Street, Topeka, Kansas per the following minimum specifications.
