**As of March 6, 2026, the project was awarded to Lexa Concrete LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Sealed bids are requested for “CDBG Pedestrian Improvements to West Beach Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard,” in Brigantine, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Proposals must be submitted on the Standard Proposal Forms provided in the Specifications and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and the bidder's name and address. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, but not to exceed $20,000. Bidders are required to submit a non-collusion affidavit, and documentation showing solicitation and commitments with minority and women business enterprises and Section 3 (low and moderate income) businesses. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, Federal and New Jersey prevailing wage laws, and requires compliance with nondiscrimination in hiring, minority and female participation goals, as well as relevant state statutes. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
