Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Brigantine, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are being requested for "CHECK VALVE INSTALLATION AT 6 STORMWATER OUTFALL PIPES" for the City of Brigantine, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Bids must be made on the Standard Proposal Forms contained in the Specifications and enclosed in a sealed envelope, plainly marked for the project and bearing the bidder's name and address. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid, but not more than $20,000.00. During the contract, the contractor must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids received.
