***As of April 28, 2026*** The owner has identified a list of prequalified contractors The selected vendor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project, which includes but is not limited to: o Installation of 91 total cameras. This number includes installing 54 repurposed Verkada cameras from current high school building and 37 new Verkada cameras to work with existing district Verkada platform. o The 54 repurposed cameras will be provided to the vendor as soon as possible due to being in use at the current location. o Each camera location will already have a network jack in place. This will require two patch cables to complete the connection, green in color. o The installation will include the configuration and naming of the cameras, setup and editing of Verkada floorplans, to include putting the cameras on the maps/floor plans. o Complete removal of all packing, cardboard, etc. - Not using Rabun County Schools dumpsters o Cleanup of area to ensure no debris are left that could injure students or staff. Proposals must include contractor information (company details, licensure, insurance, W9, and Everify affidavit), project approach and timeline (start/completion dates, methods, materials, site preparation), a detailed cost proposal, and a list of similar completed projects with three references. Proposals are evaluated on cost effectiveness, experience and qualifications, timeline, references and past performance, and quality of product and workmanship. The school is seeking 37 new Verkada cameras with specified models and mounts, all requiring a 5-year license with 60 days retention. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled "RFP - RCHS Security Cameras." Late submissions will not be considered. The selected contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
