Site work for a residential development in Nelson Lagoon, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a 20-unit residential development.
Construct onsite septic systems for 20 private residences and decommission existing septic systems in phases as identified in the project map. Base Bid: Phase 1: Sites 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 21. Additive Alternates: Phase 2: Sites 2, 7, 11, 12 & 20; Phase 3: Sites 1, 4, 10, 13, 14 & 15. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by the Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with installing septic systems in rural Alaska. Questiona deadline: 2/24/26 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Contracting Officer in writing through the Bonfire portal.
