Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Agency is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors ("Contractor") to remove and install carpet at the Alaska State Capitol (Capitol) . This ITB is intended to provide all necessary Work and Services needed to remove existing carpet, repair and prepare subflooring, and install new carpet in designated areas of the Capitol. Following the meeting, the Agency will coordinate a site visit of the Capitol Work areas for the purpose of planning and preparing the Bidder's Bid for this ITB. The site visit will be limited to 90 minutes and all visitors attending will be required to follow current Legislative Building policies while on site. PREFERENCE FOR ALASKA BIDDER In addition to other preferences allowed the bidder under this ITB, an Alaska bidder will receive a five percent (5%) preference.
