Renovation of a military facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The scope of work includes construction involving renovation of the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center (MGVC) and upgrades to the existing electrical service at the facility. Bidders are instructed to review all attachments 1 through 8 and, if responding, submit the Schedule of Items, Response to Evaluation Criteria (including Past Performance Form), a scanned copy of the fully executed Bid Guarantee, and acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (if any) via signed SF-30(s) with their offer. All submissions must be sent via email; no hard-copy originals are required. Questions shall be submitted via email to janet.paul@usda.gov, due no later than: March 9, 2026 at 3:00 pm PST.
