Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of installation of a new playground and related improvements at Dzantik’i Heeni School Campus. Work generally includes clearing and grubbing, removing and disposing of fencing, baseball backstops, excavation, base course and grading D-1 and concrete slabs, curbs, and sidewalks, installing new fences, installing playground equipment and safety surfacing, and other miscellaneous related work. No electrical or mechanical work is included. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference to discuss the proposed work, which will be conducted electronically only. Bidders must direct all communications relative to this work, prior to opening bids, to the designated contract administrator.
