Renovation of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 14th, this project has been awarded to Rainbow Builders, Inc. for $77,350.** From qualified Contractors to provide and install modernized overhead lighting and lighting controls for the Senate and House Chambers at the Alaska State Capitol. This RFP and the included attachments are intended to encompass all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and disposal necessary to complete the Work. Following the meeting, the Agency will coordinate a site visit of the Capitol for the purpose of planning and preparing the Offeror's Proposal for this RFP. The site visit will be limited to 60 minutes, will be limited to certain areas of the facility, and all visitors attending will be required to follow current Legislative Building policies while on site. The Alaska State Legislature complies with the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the Procurement Manager, no later than ten (10) days before bids are due to make any necessary arrangements.
