Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services at various locations within the CBJ to repair, refurbish, or reconstruct stairs within CBJ rights-of-way. The proposed term contract will cover small projects not to exceed $50,000 each. Three contractors will be selected, and work will be contracted on a rotational basis among the selected three.
