The City of Burlington requires an Arboriculture Contractor to perform tree pruning on "City" trees. These trees are located within the City Road Allowance, City Parks, and include "Shared" trees located principally on the property boundary within the City Road Allowance and private property. This Request for Tenders will result in two separate agreements, one for each Area (3 and 5). Bidders may bid on one area, the other, or both areas. The lowest compliant bidder for each area will be recommended for award, which may result in one bidder being awarded both areas. Bidders must either possess current Burlington Hydro Inc. (BHI) Hold Off Authorization or be capable of obtaining BHI Authorization prior to contract start as evidenced by the mandatory documentation required in their submissions to this Tender.
