Exterior Restoration of Holden Town Hall (DPW-CP26-01) This project work consists of an exterior restoration of an existing Town Hall building that is registered with the Local Historic District. All Bids shall be submitted accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Town of Holden or a bid bond for 5% of total price proposal as bid security.
