Slab Replacement and Associated Repairs This project consists of slab replacement and associated repairs at the Wachusett Regional High School. Question Deadline 05/26/2026 Questions should be resolved prior to the submission of the bid. All questions should be addressed via email to carolyn_holden@wrsd.net or via phone at (508) 829-1670 ext. 272. All official addenda will be sent in writing via email to all vendors who have requested specifications. The scope of work includes demolishing and replacing the deteriorated first-floor concrete slab on metal deck in the vehicle garage classroom with a new 3-1/2'' thick reinforced concrete slab on metal deck. The Contractor shall be responsible for removal and replacement of the existing vehicle post lifts located within the garage bay. Base bid work includes temporary removing and sealing and/or capping of the existing floor drains within the space. The project includes one bid alternative for the drainage system. In lieu of capping and sealing the existing floor drains, the Contractor shall replace the existing drain system, which involves adding drain lines, an oil-water separator (OWS) system, and a steel dunnage system to support the OWS equipment..
