CR#:2131633 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $125,200 for H, and $23,500 for E). The substantial completion date for this project is 618 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 for E Designated staff are Catherine Skaczkowski, Jessica Hoffman, and Pierre Alric in the Division of Contract Management, telephone (518) 474-0203, fax (518) 473-7862. OGS D&C employees are also required to obtain certain information when contacted during the restricted period and to make a determination of the responsibility of the bidder pursuant to these two statutes. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
