Existing Building Location: RAS - 1200 Pressler St. Houston, TX 77030 UCT - 7000 Fanin St. Houston, TX 77030 New Building Location: 1930 Old Spanish Trail Houston, TX 77054 Provide labor, material, and other resources to relocate occupants at both RAS and UCT over to the new SPH building on South Campus. Provide packing boxes, labels, tape, and other appropriate resources to occupants at existing buildings for packing. Occupants will pack, unpack and label their own boxes. Provide larger boxes, packing material, labels, and tape for occupants monitor, keyboard, mouse, and misc. IT items. SPH IT team will pack, unpack, and label boxes. Provide means of transporting occupants boxes from existing buildings to the new building. Tentative schedule for moving occupants will begin June 1, 2026 and should be complete no later than July 31, 2026. Final schedule will be coordinated with the chosen vendor. NO FURNITURE WILL BE RELOCATED FROM EXISTING BUILDINGS TO THE NEW BUILDING.
