Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Ontario, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a two-story above grade municipal facility; two-story above grade fire / police facility; and two-story above grade fire / police facility.

The City of Ontario is seeking an Oregon licensed contractor for a remodel at Ontario City Hall located at 444 SW 4th St, Ontario, Oregon. The bid request includes a first-floor remodel to create police workstations, an interrogation room and a second-floor remodel to create fire department living quarters. General description of the Work to be performed is contained in the "Invitation for Bid". The scope is indicated in applicable parts of these contract documents. The project must comply with all current Oregon building codes including the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC), Oregon Fire Code, Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code, Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code, Oregon Electrical Specialty Code, and Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code, as well as all applicable ADA requirements and federal accessibility standard. The Contractor shall furnish necessary permits, materials, labor, tools, and equipment unless otherwise specified. Where plans are included with the contract documents, they are to be considered a part of the contract documents, and the scope may be indicated on the Plans as specified. Except as modified herein, the various Work items called for in the "Bid Proposal" shall be performed, measured, and paid for as indicated on the "Bid Proposal" and as provided in the most current Edition of the IDAHO STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION (ISPWC), as amended by the City of Ontario Supplemental Standards dated 2020.
