Install new cooler freezer in Art Room, remaining area finished for Custodial and off Cafeteria storage, with related electrical, lighting. Upgrade to HVAC system Custodial and off Cafeteria storage area, modification to existing duct supply's and returns. New HVAC Cafeteria with a sock duct system including ddc control to new and existing equipment. Upgrade under floor drain line Custodial & Storage area Project proposal to include complete construction documents. Owner and Architect reserve the right to postpone answers to any questions raised during the Pre-Bid Meeting until an addendum is issued. Oral explanations provided by Owner or Architect during this meeting are not binding until they are placed in a written addendum to the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Any contract resulting from this Invitation for Bids shall be subject to a federal funding agreement between the Owner and the Oregon Department of Education. The successful bidder shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in the Bidding Documents. This is a federally funded project. All applicable federal rules and regulations apply.
