Renovation of a residential development in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Citadel seeks a vendor to supply and install new vinyl replacement windows and cover the soffit and fascia with aluminum coil stock for two residences on The Citadel campus. The residential units are located at 307 & 308 Mims Avenue. Bids or proposals must be submitted in a sealed package with the solicitation number and opening date on the package exterior. One paper copy and one electronic copy on a thumb drive must be submitted.
