Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision required to repair and test backflow prevention devices at the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi, Mississippi. Perform all necessary repairs to fourteen identified backflow preventers to restore full operational status based on deficiencies found during the annual testing and certification conducted in October 2025. After completing repairs, conduct acceptance testing on each device. Repairs and parts replacement are required for specific Watts, Ames, and Wilkins backflow models located across multiple buildings, including Buildings 2, 3, 15, 19, 21, 26, 29, and 31. All work must be coordinated with the Biloxi VAMC Plumbing Shop Supervisor before work begins. The contractor must be certified and have a minimum of five years of experience in the repair, testing, and certification of backflow prevention devices, with the ability to provide verification of past work if requested.
