The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair Foster Manor HVAC B6965 at Keesler AFB, MS, in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings. The work includes completing all HVAC repair and replacement activities, installing required components, and performing all associated construction tasks necessary to return the facility's heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to full and compliant operational status. All work must meet project specifications and be executed within the established contract performance period of 270 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a Small Business set-aside.
