Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Jefferson, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work includes drilling and construction of two wells at the City of Jefferson Public Works Facility. Bids shall be clearly marked "Bid for the Jefferson Well Improvement Project" showing the date and time of the public bid closing, as well as the Bidder's name, and delivered to the location specified. Each bidder must deliver the "First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form" regardless of the bid total. Failure to submit this form will result in the bid not being considered. The form may be submitted in the same envelope as the bid or in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the appropriate information. This contract is for a Public Works project and is subject to state prevailing wage laws. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
