The requirement is to provide a security system upgrade for the Joint Personal Effects Depot (JPED) at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, to support a transition to a Department of Defense Microsoft Windows 11 operating system. The contractor shall deliver a technical system refresh and modernization of computer hardware, software, and firmware in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). The effort includes maintaining and updating JPED's Avigilon Control Center Rel. 7, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and visitor management systems to enhance cyber security and streamline the operating environment. Location: Dover Air Force Base, Delaware The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
