The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to open and close the swimming pool and splash park facility. The government will supply CO2 and liquid chlorine, while the contractor shall furnish all startup water-balancing chemicals required for pool and splash park opening and all winterization chemicals needed for seasonal closure. A site meeting shall be conducted two weeks prior to opening with required base representatives, and final approval for seasonal opening will be issued by Dover AFB Bioenvironmental following independent water quality testing for proper pH and chlorine residual. Bioenvironmental will conduct water testing seven days before the scheduled opening to allow time for any necessary adjustments. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
