Sealed bids are invited for the purchase of distribution transformers for stock under Bid Number 26-0011WH. The items required are: 12 each 25 kVA, 12470GRDY/7200, 240/120 volt pad, single phase transformers; 4 each 50 kVA, 12470GRDY/7200, 240/120 volt pad, single phase transformers; 4 each 100 kVA, 12470GRDY/7200, 240/120 volt pad, single phase transformers. All bids must include estimated lead time after receipt of order and manufacturer’s warranty information. The successful bidder must provide certified loss data within 30 days of shipment, and transformers must be shipped on an open flatbed truck or trailer and side loaded for easy removal. A two work day notice must be given prior to delivery. Bidders are instructed to complete and return an Intent to Bid notice to the specified email if they intend to bid; failure to do so may result in not receiving addenda. Submissions are not revocable for ninety days following the response deadline. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions must be submitted in writing by the specified date, and all addenda must be acknowledged in the bid submission.
