Site work for a water / sewer project in Dover, Delaware. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The purpose is to contract for engineering design support for the Laurel Drive Pump Station Upgrade, RFP Number 26-0010WW. Proposals must be submitted with three paper copies and one electronic copy on either CD/DVD or flash drive in a sealed envelope to the City of Dover Procurement Office at 710 William Street, Dover, DE 19904. All vendors must complete and return the request for proposal (RFP) notice by email or fax if intending to submit a proposal. Proposals are not revocable for 90 days following the response deadline. Late submissions will not be considered and it is the submitter's responsibility to ensure timely receipt. All questions regarding the RFP must be made in writing and submitted by email no later than specified. Responses to questions and any changes will be issued in addenda and must be acknowledged in the proposal submission.
