DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Renovation Of Existing Lab 4300 & 4305 On Fourth Floor Of Hubbs Hall 1. Remodeling Area: 834 Sf 2. Demolition Of Existing Casework, Flooring, Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical As Required. 3. New Lighting & Controls & Reconfiguration Of Hvac Systems As Required. (1) New Fume Hood. 4. New Lab Casework & Associated Plumbing. 5. Associated Remodeling Of Electrical Systems For Operation Of New Lab Equipment. 6. Associated Remodeling Of It Systems To Support New Lab Layout. 7. All Work Is Interior With No Modifications Expected To Exterior, Floor Deck Or Roof Of Existing Building. Lab renovation to 4300/4305/4310, approximately 830 SF, to create a computational lab space, general lab area, and a room to incorporate new optic tables and lasers. Project scope includes demo and new lab casework, finishes, and MEP.
