The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes installation and replacement of fire alarm detectors, distribution of wiring, and selective building demolition, including leveling, installation of molding and others if required. The work will be carried out in a building for elderly people. The building is a 9-storey tower, comprising 183 dwellings, (23 studios; 151 units 1 cc: 9 units 2cc). Delivery schedule According to the current planning, it is planned that the work will start as early as April 2026, but this date could be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify an extra request from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 100 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the commitment letter.
