Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
Parks and Open Space Improvements The proposition sets aside $30 million for the Atatiana Carr-Jefferson at Hillside Community Center, $25 million for Gateway Park, and $25 million to buy more open space. It also includes roughly $17 million to build a pool at North Z Boaz Park, and funds to improve the Botanic Gardens, Alliance Park and Water Gardens. This project is part of the City of Fort Worth bond. As of February 12, 2026, the bond election will be held on May 2, 2026, with early voting April 20-28, 2026. Information regarding design firm, construction manager, and general contractor selection has not been released. Further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been released.
