Separate sealed bids are requested for the Little Otter Creek Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Earthen Dam and Reservoir. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at specified locations. All Contract Documents, Drawings and related Contract Information must be obtained by bidders from American Document Solutions to be eligible. The expected probable range of cost is $15 million to $19 million. Plans and specifications are available for a non-refundable deposit. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site inspection are required for every bidder. Each bidder must deposit a bid security as specified in the Information to Bidders. Bidders must observe employment conditions, Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE, and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 90 days after the actual date of opening.
