Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eatonville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work to be performed is pavement repairs, grinding, and asphalt overlay of the roadway from Emeral Ridge Dr. to Cedar Ave N along Eatonville Highway W, within 25 working days following the Notice to Proceed Date. All bid proposals must be on the form provided and accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of bid opening. The agreement will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The Town of Eatonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. It is recommended that bidders register online to receive notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the self-registered bidders list. Bidders that do not register must periodically check the online plan room for addenda.
