Renovation of an educational facility in Chinchilla, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for South Abington Elementary School MEP Upgrades under the Abington Heights School District. The work will be bid as the following prime contracts: Contract No. 1 HVAC Construction and Contract No. 2 Electrical Construction. Bidders are required to secure a complete set of bidding documents for all contracts. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, money order, cashier's good faith check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid as security. Performance and payment bonds are required. Each bid must also be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit as set forth in the bidding documents. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution is required for bidders and all subcontractors. The right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to award any contract in the best interest of the owner is reserved.
