Demolition for a road / highway in Grethel, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway.
Demolition services are required for Floyd County Parcels 17, 27, 28, 35, and 40. All phases of work necessary to complete the demolition project must be included in the cost. Prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting and investigating improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, and condition of improvements. Submission of a proposal will be considered as evidence that inspections and investigations have been conducted. All bid prices must be entered on the attached Bid Sheet and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system. Only online bids will be accepted; emailed or hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders must enter $0.01 for price and zero for delivery in the e-procurement system and ensure all addresses and contact persons for their account are correct before submission. No mandatory onsite prebid meeting will be held. All phases of work required to complete the project must be reflected in the bid pricing.
