Jackson County is seeking bids for asphalt emulsions for use by the Jackson County Department of Transportation in Jackson, MI. The length of the proposed contract will be for a one-year period, commencing on the date of award, with the option to renew for one year upon mutual agreement by both parties. The manner of submission is essential to permit prompt evaluation of all bids on a fair and uniform basis. Jackson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in bids, proposals, or bidding procedures, and to accept any bid determined by Jackson County to be in the best interests of Jackson County, even though not the lowest bid.
