The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Operations Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the specifications for Traffic Signal and Street Light Pole Emergency Response. Major items for this project include providing an emergency response crew, bucket truck, digger derrick truck, skid loader, and service truck, all on an hourly rate basis. Emergency response call-outs will be initiated by the City and may include activities such as removal of damaged or dangerous traffic signal or street light poles, installation of temporary poles, and other associated work required to address damaged or dangerous poles and associated equipment. Only electronic bid submittals are accepted, and incomplete or late submissions will be automatically rejected.
