Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot laboratory facility; 3,000-square-foot laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work includes masonry for rooms B312 and B307 as part of the Capital Labs Project in Ottawa, ON. The project consists of constructing a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 square meters with a dedicated central utility plant, along with approximately 3,000 square meters for two farm buildings and a guard house. The work also involves the installation of a geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure of the existing campus to accommodate the new construction.
