Provision of comprehensive Grounds redevelopment design services for the following 5 TPL branches: Annette, Barbara Frum, Agincourt, Bendale and Taylor Memorial Library. Question Deadline 03/10/2026 at 11:00 AM ET The successful proponent shall develop integrated designs that address a common set of core objectives across all the branches: -A2.1. Universal Accessibility: Achieving full compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Design of public spaces standards to create truly barrier free environments. -A2.2. Improved Safety and Circulation: Optimizing pedestrian and vehicular circulation, addressing uneven surfaces and enhancing lighting for all users. -A2.3. Sustainable Site Development: Integrating Toronto Green Standard (TGS) Version 4 Principled, including advanced storm water management, the user of native and drought resistance plantings and incorporation of permeable surfaces. -A2.4. Enhanced Community Usability: Creating inviting, multi functional outdoor spaces that support reading, gathering and community interaction through thoughtful landscaping and amenities. -A2.5. Durability and Resilience: Specifying high quality, low maintenance materials and infrastructure to ensure the long term value and performance of investments.
