Contracting services for small interior renovations, construction fit-up projects, and small interior or exterior maintenance projects for existing facility space. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, construction of new partitions (brick block drywall), plumbing, HVAC modifications, painting, millwork, doors and frames, glazing, and related tasks, to be performed on an as-needed basis via rotational assignment or subsequent procurement. Only the top three qualified proponents satisfying a minimum technical threshold of 70% in rated criteria (and meeting all mandatory submission forms and technical requirements) will be recommended for inclusion in a prequalification list, subject to board approval. The agreement is non-exclusive and prequalified proponents will be eligible for rotational assignment of projects or subsequent second-stage competitive procurements for a three-year term. The Toronto Police Service may allow other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group to purchase from any future contract resulting from this process, with minor changes to terms and conditions negotiable by participating agencies. Awards do not guarantee exclusivity, and the Toronto Police Service retains the right to terminate any contract without notice for cause.
