Siding and gutter replacement services including all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove existing siding and gutters and install new components in accordance with all specifications, drawings, and requirements contained in the solicitation and its attachments. Work shall be performed by a verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with an active SAM registration and in compliance with all applicable FAR clauses, VA directives, and construction standards for the facility. All tasks must be completed within the stated performance period, and contractors are responsible for ensuring proper installation, site safety, cleanup, and delivery of a fully functional and finished exterior consistent with VA requirements.
