Site work for a stadium in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.

This project will remove the south bridge and replace it with new cast-in-place concrete stairs and a bid alternate accessible ramp. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing bridge structure; new cast-in-place concrete stairs and ramp; handrails; and site lighting. Bids will be received for a single General Construction Contract. Each bid must be submitted electronically and include bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten days after receipt of Notice of Award. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 calendar days after opening. The project has a participation goal of 10% for certified Targeted Small Businesses as specified in the Project Requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid deemed in their best interest.
