Reference Number 0000412437 Bid Intent Not Available Colorado Springs School District 11 is seeking a design firm to design a restroom upgrade for Coronado High School, Doherty High School and Mitchell High School. The intention of the RFP is to hire an Architecture/Engineering Firm (AE) that will be an advocate for all D11 schools from Pre- Design all the way through Construction Administration and Closeout. The District intends to implement the Project through a Design-Bid-Build method. The selected AE Team shall provide complete design and engineering services for the renovation of select restrooms at Coronado HS, Doherty HS & Mitchell HS Anticipated Contingent Award Date 3/06/2026 Via Email Question Deadline 02/20/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Consultants must submit questions or clarification requests in writing to the Contracting Officer via online. Awarded design firm will begin design work March 9, 2026 and substantially complete design by May 1, 2026.
