**As of April 9th, 2026, the project was awarded to Weathercraft Roofing, but the awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000412962 The District is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors for a multi-site reroofing project at the following facilities: _ Harrison High School, 2755 Janitell Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80906 _ Sand Creek International School, 550 Sand Creek Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 _ District Operations Administration Building, 1060 Harrison Road, Building C, Colorado Springs, CO 80905 This Project consists of roof replacement and associated work at the above locations. The specific scope of work for each site is outlined in Exhibits A-C, including site plans, technical specifications, and existing conditions documentation. The Project is part of a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Building Excellent Schools Today (BEST) Grant submittal. While the District intends to proceed with the full scope as described, final grant award determinations are not anticipated until July 2026. Accordingly, the District reserves the right to adjust, phase, or reduce the Project scope depending on funding availability.
