Reference Number 0000412244 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:02/27/2026 at 2pm MST The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is soliciting Letters of Interest from companies or teams interested in providing CM Preconstruction Services for the rehabilitation of structure F-11-T. The Project is the rehabilitation of US-24 Red Cliff Bridge F-11-T MP 153.4. The extent of repairs is to be determined during the preliminary phase of design. The assumption for the construction budget is currently $38.5M. However, the estimated construction budget will be refined prior to issuing the RFP. CDOT has determined that the delivery method that can best be leveraged to maximize the benefit of this project is CM/GC. This delivery method affords CDOT the opportunity to gain a contractor's input while partnering with a consultant design firm in the development of the project.
