Reference Number 0000412620 Bid Intent Not Available The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit bids relating to the purchase of the removal and replacement of three (3) existing gates and their operators at the Denver County Vehicle Impound Facility, located at 5160 York Street, Denver, CO 80216. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 11:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No, The City shall not be bound by, and the Vendor shall not request or rely on any oral interpretation or clarification of this IFB. Therefore, any questions regarding this IFB are encouraged and should be submitted in writing by email to: City Procurement Analyst: Ruth Bruski E-Mail: ruth.bruski@denvergov.org Please plan accordingly as parking space may be limited. Vendors are to visit the site and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. Submission of a bid will be prima facie evidence that the vendor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposed prices. The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel this IFB, or reject all bids, if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
