The work includes all labor and material associated with the construction of a new, two story, +/- 18,000 gross square foot building addition and +/- 250 gross square feet interior renovation of the existing Bureau of Archeological Research Building. The scope of work includes all associated site improvements, building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, security systems for a complete project.
