Renovation of a municipal facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Modernize two traction passenger elevators located at 25 Van Ness Avenue. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement and refurbishment of existing elevator equipment, controllers, fixtures, and related mechanical, electrical, fire protection work as described in the contract documents. The project also includes a bid alternate to modernize an existing hydraulic passenger elevator located at the same facility.
