Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lynbrook, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Program, Contract No. 1 – General Construction. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form in the manner designated in the Instructions to Bidders, sealed in an opaque envelope and clearly marked with the name and address of the Bidder, contract name and number, and bid opening date. Each bid must include security of not less than 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Complete digital sets of contract documents are available for a nonrefundable fee, with an option for hard copies upon deposit. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject any alternatives, reject any proposals, and advertise for new proposals, in the best interest of the District. Bidders may not withdraw bids for 60 days after opening, except as allowed by law or risk forfeiture of the bid deposit.
