Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Program, Contract No. 3 - HVAC Reconstruction. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form as designated by the instructions. Each bid must be sealed in an opaque envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, contract name and number, and bid opening date. A bid security of not less than 10% of the base bid and all alternate bids must accompany each bid. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or proposals may be rejected within 60 days of the opening. The School District reserves the right to waive informalities, accept or reject alternatives, or reject any proposals and advertise for new proposals if deemed in its best interest. Bidders may not withdraw bids until 60 days after the bid opening except as provided by law or risk forfeiture of the bid deposit.
