Reference Number 0000412880 Bid Intent Not Available The work of this contract consists of removing the roadway, base, subgrade, curb & gutter, and sidewalk above the 17th Street Culvert to install a waterproof membrane on the box culvert, then reinstall the base, curb & gutter, sidewalk, and roadway. The Project is to be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section C-700) by August 26, 2026 Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, No questions received after this date will be answered, unless the bid date is extended by an addendum. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bid may be withdrawn for the period of time after the date Bids are opened, which is specified in the Bid Form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
