Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for Plumbing Contracts for the Scenic Hills Plumbing Replacement project. All bids must be clearly marked with the bidder's name and the project bid name, and submitted to the specified address. Bid security of ten percent of the base bid is required. Performance Bond and Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. The project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through is required for all bidders. Substitution requests must be submitted at least ten days prior to receipt of bids.
